Jeder aFe CONTROL Stabilisator wird per CAD konstruiert und CNC-gebogen, um höchste Präzision zu gewährleisten. Dies garantiert optimale Passform und einwandfreie Funktion. Der aFe Control Vorderachs-Stabilisator ist dreifach verstellbar. So kann der Fahrer die Wankstabilität der Vorderachse individuell anpassen und die gewünschte Fahrdynamik erzielen. Die Enden des Vorderachs-Stabilisators sind CNC-gefräst und werden in einer speziellen Vorrichtung WIG-geschweißt, um eine exakte Positionierung der Bohrungen und eine gleichbleibende Fertigungsqualität sicherzustellen. aFe Control liefert Polyurethan-Buchsen mit geringer Durchbiegung und hochwertige, schwarz eloxierte Halterungen aus 6061-T6 Aluminium.
