Die ICON Vehicle Dynamics Fahrwerksysteme für den Toyota Tacoma sind auf maximale Performance und anspruchsvolle Fahrer ausgelegt. Die ICON-Ingenieure konzentrieren sich primär auf die Optimierung des Federwegs und der Dämpfung, was zu herausragender Fahrzeugkontrolle und hohem Fahrkomfort auf und abseits der Straße führt. Das Stage-2-System umfasst fahrzeugspezifisch abgestimmte 2,5-Zoll-Gewindefahrwerke mit internem Ausgleichsbehälter für optimale Kühlung und von ICON entwickelte Eibach-Schraubenfedern für ein überragendes Fahrgefühl über den gesamten Federweg. Diese Gewindefahrwerke sind zudem höhenverstellbar: 0–3,5 Zoll (bei Modellen von 2005–2015) bzw. 0–2,75 Zoll (bei Modellen ab 2016), wodurch die Verwendung größerer und sportlicherer Rad-Reifen-Kombinationen ermöglicht wird. Die hinteren ICON 2.0 Aluminium-Stoßdämpfer mit externem Ausgleichsbehälter verfügen über eine fahrzeugspezifische Ventiltechnik, die die Performance des Trucks zwischen Vorder- und Hinterachse optimal ausbalanciert.
