Die Stoßdämpfer der ICON 2.5 Aluminium-Serie wurden entwickelt und gefertigt, um Ihrem Fahrzeug herausragende Offroad-Performance und gleichzeitig hohen Fahrkomfort auf der Straße zu bieten. Dank ihrer fahrzeugspezifischen Konstruktion sind diese Stoßdämpfer hinsichtlich Länge und Dämpfungsabstimmung optimal auf den jeweiligen Anwendungsfall abgestimmt. Die einteiligen, stranggepressten Aluminiumzylinder der 2.5 Aluminium-Serie bieten ein geringeres Gewicht, verbesserte Korrosionsbeständigkeit und eine gleichmäßigere Oberfläche als herkömmliche, beschichtete Stahlzylinder. Wie alle ICON-Stoßdämpfer sind auch die der 2.5 Aluminium-Serie vollständig überhol- und neu abstimmbar. Bei Piggyback-Systemen und bestimmten Anwendungen mit externem Ausgleichsbehälter erzeugt die einzigartige Verwendung eines 6061-Billet-Aluminium-Verteilers wenige Zentimeter unterhalb der oberen Kappe des Stoßdämpfers eine interne „Bump Zone“. Diese sorgt für zusätzliche 20 % Dämpfungskraft, verhindert ein hartes Durchschlagen und gewährleistet eine effektive Federung bei hoher Kompressionsgeschwindigkeit. Wenn Sie eine individuellere Abstimmung wünschen, sollten Sie die Stoßdämpfer mit Kompressionsdämpfungsregelventil (CDCV) in Betracht ziehen.
