Die ICON Vehicle Specific (VS) 2.5 Aluminium-Stoßdämpfer wurden entwickelt und gefertigt, um Ihrem Fahrzeug herausragende Offroad-Performance und gleichzeitig hohen Fahrkomfort auf der Straße zu bieten. Diese Stoßdämpfer sind hinsichtlich Länge und Dämpfungsabstimmung speziell auf den jeweiligen Anwendungsfall abgestimmt. Wie alle ICON-Stoßdämpfer sind auch die VS 2.5 Aluminium-Stoßdämpfer vollständig überhol- und neu einstellbar. Bei Piggyback-Systemen und speziellen Anwendungen mit externem Ausgleichsbehälter erzeugt die einzigartige Verwendung eines 6061-Billet-Aluminium-Verteilers wenige Zentimeter unterhalb der oberen Kappe des Stoßdämpfers eine interne Druckzone. Diese erzeugt bei Aktivierung zusätzliche 20 % Dämpfungskraft. Diese zusätzliche Kraft verhindert harte Durchschläge und kontrolliert die Federung bei hoher Kompressionsgeschwindigkeit. Das ICON CDC-Ventil ist ein extern einstellbares Ventil, das den Ölfluss in den Ausgleichsbehälter begrenzt und so 10 Stufen der Kompressionsdämpfung ermöglicht. Für eine individuellere Abstimmung empfehlen wir die Omega-Serie mit Bypass-Stoßdämpfern.
