Der Mustang 2.3L Ecoboost (2015–2023) ist die ideale Basis für entspannte Autobahnfahrten unter der Woche und sportliche Höchstleistungen auf der Rennstrecke am Wochenende. Mit einigen kleineren Modifikationen lässt sich aus dem 2.3L-Turbomotor eine beeindruckende Leistung herausholen. Die Leistungssteigerung bringt das serienmäßige Ladeluftsystem an seine Grenzen, sodass ein Upgrade des serienmäßigen Rohr- und Rippen-Ladeluftkühlers erforderlich wird, der zu Überhitzung neigt. Injen hat einen hocheffizienten Platten-Ladeluftkühler entwickelt, der speziell für den Ford Mustang 2.3L Ecoboost (2015–2023) konstruiert wurde.
