Das K&N NextGen Kaltluftansaugsystem wurde speziell für den Ford F150/F150 Raptor V6 3.5L entwickelt. Ein rotationsgeformtes Rohr aus hochdichtem Polyethylen (HDPE) erhöht den Luftdurchsatz um 59,01 % (Fahrerseite) bzw. 38,3 % (Beifahrerseite) und sorgt so für eine Leistungssteigerung von 32,38 PS und ein Drehmomentplus von 35,52 Nm – ganz ohne Anpassungen am Motor. Das Ansaugsystem wird mit einem waschbaren und wiederverwendbaren High-Flow-Luftfilter mit lebenslanger Nutzungsdauer und geöltem Baumwollfiltermedium geliefert. Dank des übergroßen, konischen Designs sind bis zu 160.000 km zwischen den Filterwechseln unter normalen Autobahnbedingungen möglich. Ein speziell entwickelter NextGen-Luftfilterkasten schützt die Ansaugluft vor den hohen Temperaturen im Motorraum. Die Installation des gesamten Systems dauert in der Regel weniger als 60 Minuten.
