Das K&N AirCharger 63-1014 Ansaugsystem ersetzt den serienmäßigen Luftfilter und das Ansauggehäuse Ihres Fahrzeugs. K&N Ansaugsysteme reduzieren den Ansaugwiderstand deutlich, indem sie den Luftstrom glätten und begradigen. Dadurch kann Ihr Motor mehr Luft ansaugen als mit dem serienmäßigen Luftfilter. Mehr Luft bedeutet mehr nutzbare Leistung und bessere Beschleunigung über den gesamten Drehzahlbereich. Das 63-1014 Ansaugsystem wird mit einem verchromten K&N Hochleistungs-Luftfilter geliefert, der an den Ansaugschläuchen befestigt wird und Ihnen einen garantierten Leistungszuwachs bietet. Der übergroße Luftfilter kann je nach Fahrbedingungen bis zu 160.000 km (100.000 Meilen) verwendet werden, bevor eine Wartung erforderlich ist. Die Installation dieses Ansaugsystems ist mit gängigem Werkzeug relativ einfach. Dieses Ansaugsystem darf nicht in Kalifornien verkauft werden. Es ist in Kalifornien und anderen Bundesstaaten, die die kalifornischen Abgasnormen übernehmen, nicht zulässig.
