Air Lift 88399 — LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate

Rear air-spring kit for the 2017–2019 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty applications listed below. The internal jounce bumper adds three-stage ride comfort and supports safe operation at zero air pressure when no compressor system is installed.

Fitment restrictions: Does not fit cab-and-chassis applications. Fits all listed applications without a fifth-wheel hitch, most side-mount fifth-wheel hitch installations, and the factory in-bed hitch system. Confirm hitch configuration before ordering.
